Users of our software were asking for a native mobile solution that they could use that would let them quickly check in event goers who had prebought tickets online, as well as be able to process credit card sales for walk-up customers.

Ticket buyers weren't completing the checkout process, especially on mobile devices. I redesigned the user experience and user interface to make it easier and more intuitive for ticket buyers. The result: a 40% increase in successful checkouts across mobile and desktop platforms.

P.F. Chang's discovered that people were having problems with online ordering. I conducted onsite interviews with the customer service reps and then I went out into the field to conduct user research. I uncovered two problems preventing users from completing their orders.

Charles Schwab wanted to produce a monthly e-newsletter that would drive people to a special landing page to highlight financial industry news and Charles Schwab advisors. Their main requirement was that the email had to be responsive and easy to read on any device.
