Problem: Charles Schwab had started a marketing campaign that centered around a monthly e-newsletter. Unfortunately, they were getting below industry standard open rates and very low click-through rates with the email design they were using.
Solution: Using Charles Schwab's branding and style guide, I designed a two column email format that collapsed to one column when reading on small devices. I then built the landing pages based on the email design to provide a consistant appearance for the marketing campaign.
Result: Open rates and click-through rates both exceeded industry standards for financial institutions.
